Trade Shows At The Double This Spring!

FUTURE KBB BANNER
KBB NEC Birmingham from 3 - 6 March. booth T80.
Futurebuild ExCel London, 5 - 7 March. Stand D:31

Spring is around the corner, and we’re shaking off the winter cobwebs with a trade show double-up in the first week of March. Great news if you’re planning to attend either Futurebuild in London or KBB in Birmingham – we’ll be at both!

And if you haven’t got tickets for either yet – there’s still time, now’s your chance!

Futurebuild is always a highlight of the construction trade calendar. We’re very privileged and excited to be once again rubbing shoulders with key players from across the construction supply chain, with the focus across the three days zeroing in on a subject that is very close to our hearts – innovation, and its role in shaping the future of the built environment.

Futurebuild takes place at ExCel London from 5 – 7 March. You’ll be able to find us at stand D:31. This year, the show is having a double-up of its own. It will be sharing its platform with the National Retrofit Conference, a new event dedicated to the important subject of scaling energy efficiency retrofits of domestic properties.

FUTURE PIC

While all of that is going on in the capital, the UK’s second city is playing host to KBB 2024, one of Europe’s premier trade shows for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom sector. KBB is a critical market for our architectural component range. As always, we relish the opportunity to meet and talk to designers, installers, buyers and property developers. It’s a great opportunity to keep our finger on the pulse of industry trends and challenges. And, of course, showcase some of what we have to offer.

KBB takes place at the NEC from 3 – 6 March. We’ll be on booth T80.

Award-winning innovations

Innovation might be a central theme of Futurebuild. But we know it’s a quality our partners in every sector, KBB included, want and expect from the products they choose. Innovation means problems solved. Innovation means future-proofed solutions.

That’s why we put innovation at the heart of our product development. And we like to think we’re pretty good at it. The recognition we get from innovation awards suggests as much, anyway.

We’ll be exhibiting some of our most decorated products at both shows. This includes our award-winning HES1 and HES2 concealed hinges. The HES design has long been one of our proudest achievements, making the ‘concealed’ concept applicable to interior doors and not just cabinets via a radical reinvention of the hinge mechanism.

Our HES1 and HES2 hinges create even more possibilities for simple, flawless, flexible hidden hinges in all use cases. The HES1 is suitable for slimline and flush-to-wall doors – it offers such a snug fit, in fact, that it has won both design awards for achieving a flawless ‘hidden’ door look, and safety awards for reducing the risk of kid’s fingers getting trapped in the jamb.

The HES2, meanwhile, provides a fantastically simple surface mount option, avoiding the need to mortise frames during installation,. This also means they can be fitted to slim frame or even frameless doors.

One other product we’re very proud to be showcasing is the MFU1200 sliding door system. This is a genuine ‘hidden door’ solution, achieving impeccable flush fitting when closed and push-operated, so there’s no need for handles. Even better, and what helped the MFU1200 scoop its own innovation awards, is the fact that it is so quick and easy to install on just a single top rail – no pockets, no recesses, no bottom rail or floor grooves.

Grab yourself a ticket to Futurebuild or KBB and come see for yourself!
