The situation in Ukraine and the associated flight ban will lead to severe restrictions and delays for our future shipments by air and sea freight. According to our freight forwarding partners, our usual flights from Japan to Europe are suspended and we are currently looking for alternative routes. However, the number of flights in
operation is limited and space is extremely tight.

We are trying our best to ensure a stable supply, but unfortunately, we do not have accurate information on the extent and duration to which deliveries from our main logistics centre in Japan will be affected.

We kindly ask for your understanding that for items which are not on stock in sufficient quantity in Reading (UK), we may not be able to inform and confirm exact delivery dates in this unclear situation.
