At Sugatsune, we believe in being open with the people who support us. That is why we want to explain an upcoming change to our prices, and why we are making it.
What is changing
From 1 November 2026, our prices will be updated. Our last adjustment was in February 2025, so it has been a long time since our prices last moved.
Why now
Since February 2025, the cost of doing business has risen across the board. Materials, transport, energy and labour all cost more than they did when we last set our prices. We chose to absorb these increases for as long as we could, because we wanted to keep things stable for you.
Together, these cumulative increases now make an adjustment unavoidable if we want to keep delivering the quality, availability and service you expect from us.
How we have kept the impact low
We have kept the increase as moderate as possible. We are also continuing to look for savings in sourcing, logistics and operations, so that we can limit the effect on you.
What this means for your orders
Orders placed before 1 November 2026 will be invoiced at the current prices.
